Your account and simulation records

We collect your verified email, profile information, communication preferences, purchase references, simulation conversations, decisions, drafts, feedback, support requests and responses, and progress to provide the service and let you resume across devices. Organization name is optional. Personal email is welcome.

Service providers

Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the application. Stripe processes payments; payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this application. When you use live stakeholder dialogue or automated feedback, relevant simulation content is sent to OpenAI for processing.

Use fictional information

Do not enter confidential government records, resident information, personal case details, credentials, or other sensitive workplace information. Scenarios and characters are fictional. Use generalized examples for workplace reflections.

Communication preferences

Marketing consent is optional and separate from account access. You can withdraw it in Account & access. Essential authentication, security, and purchase communications support the service.

Your records and choices

You can download your portfolio and export your simulation records. Records remain associated with your account to support continued access. To request correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, use the contact options at unchartedleader.com. Purchase and security records may need to be retained for operational or legal obligations.

Cookies

The application uses authentication cookies to maintain your session. It does not require marketing consent to remember your simulation progress. Signing out ends the current authenticated session.
