Terms of access

Effective October 27, 2026 · CIO Simulation

Your purchase

The current founding offer is $299 USD as a one-time purchase of the Uncharted Leader CIO Academy + Government CIO Simulation early-access bundle. Simulation access includes the connected campaign, independent practice, saved progress, and portfolio exports. The separate Academy is planned for March 2027. No recurring subscription is created.

The existing lifetime-access offer includes future updates to the purchased product. Account access is personal and may not be shared or resold. Eligible existing bundle purchasers can restore access using their verified purchase email.

Educational purpose

The simulation uses fictional agencies, people, facts, and authored operational consequences. Feedback is developmental. Completion, indicators, and assessments are not a professional certification, employment determination, or guarantee of job performance. The service does not provide legal advice or authority to act for a real agency.

Responsible use

Use fictional or generalized information. Do not enter confidential or sensitive workplace information. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other accounts, or extract private scenario data. Reasonable usage limits protect service availability.

Your work and the curriculum

You may download and adapt your own work products for personal professional use. Uncharted Leader retains ownership of its curriculum, scenarios, software, and authored materials. Purchasing access does not grant a right to redistribute the simulation or sell its content.

Billing and assistance

Stripe handles checkout. For purchase, refund, or access questions, use the contact options at unchartedleader.com. Applicable law and any terms presented at purchase govern refund rights. A completed refund or payment dispute may suspend the related access entitlement. Saved simulation work is retained unless separately deleted.

Availability and changes

Features may be updated to improve the simulation. External authentication, payment, and AI services can be temporarily unavailable. Drafts are retained after a successful save; review the save confirmation before leaving the workspace. Keep exported copies of work important to you.

Independence

Uncharted Leader is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a government agency.
